What is your userid?
Your userid is your entire 10 digit PHONE NUMBER
...but - there are no dashes or ( ).

What is your password?
Your password is your
5 digit ZIP CODE.

CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
Number 1 reason you can't
get in:
If the computer has put in your 10 digit phone number for you, take it out and put it in yourself. The computer many times will put an extra blank space after your phone number which you cannot see.
Other possibilities: - Restart your computer
- You have not subscribed to the service
- If your subscription has HAS expired, you can't get into these areas.
HIT YOUR BACK BUTTON AND TRY AGAIN.

PROBLEM 2: There is NO BOX for me to put in my UserId and Password

If the box for the Username and Password does NOT SHOW UP
In the Internet Explorer menu go to TOOLS ---> Internet Options
The internet Options window will open.
Select the SECURITY TAB and then select the INTERNET with a single click
Click on the "CUSTOM" button
The Security Settings window will open.
Scroll ot the BOTTOM of this window
Go to the heading USER AUTHENTICATION
Click on the bubble to the left of "Automatic logon only in Intranet zone"
Click on "OK" the whole way back out of this menu
